Public Square

The Centre Zamet represents an important meeting point in the western part of Rijeka. An elementary school, a kindergarten, a market place and a children's playground are located in the immediate vicinity of the Centre, which makes it a true communication hub. The paved public square with shops and cafes constitutes its vital part. Green surfaces and cafe terraces provide for a cosy atmosphere, right in the heart of the Zamet city district. The square is also an ideal place for socialising and playing. The surface of the square in front of the Centre Zamet varies between 880 and 1.000 m², depending on its use. As such, the Centre provides an ideal place for organisation of various types of events like promotional activities, manifestations etc.
